Will the church be open on the day
Yes, the church will be open on the day and we hope that many people take the time to visit. If you have not been in the church before please feel free to visit. St Mary's is a 12c church and has many heritage features.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, there are toilets on site for visitors to use and these will be signposted on the day. Our parish room has an accessible toilet.
Will there be cash machines?
Please bring cash with you if possible as most stalls will not have card machines due to our rural location and unstable wifi.
I have special accessibility needs can I attend?
Yes. Please note that the event is held on a field which may be uneven in places but if you require assistance a steward will be able to help.
Is there an accessibility entrance?
Yes. Please park in the disabled parking area which will give you the most direct route to the field.
I have specific dietary requirements will you be able to accommodate these?
We will try to ensure that there is something for everyone but due to catering restrictions these will be available on a first come basis. Please speak with a member of our catering team on the day who will advise what gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan option we have available.
What parking arrangements are available?
Various parking sites will be available on the day. These will be signposted and stewards will be on hand to assist you. Disabled parking will be available on the day but please note this is available on a first come first served basis. Please re-visit our website nearer the event to find parking location details.

Yes. Please complete the contact form on the classic car page so that we can send you further details
Can I volunteer and help at the event?
Yes we are always looking for volunteers who can help beforehand setting up or on the day. Please complete the contact form stating your interest and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
